I talked you through death. 
My father couldn’t prepare me for that. 
 
This is a new and concentrated violence.
I’m burning bridges and depreciating in value.
I am not forgiving; there will be no absolution,
and I cannot come any closer.
I can’t leave this place until I know for certain that somebody loved me.
