Jah-Tek w/Mia Temple (Reform Radio) [26/02/23]

Traveling musician Mia Temple joins Jah-Tek this month on Reform, continuing her hot streak as a 140/Dubstep DJ/producer, bringing top selections and her own 140 produce.

Born in Devon with Bristol as her second home, Mia Temple has a rich musical background, spanning from drumming at the age of 13 in a punk outfit all the way to co-fronting an 8 piece reggae band 'Backbeat Soundsystem' on Easy Star records. She currently lives a nomadic lifestyle, performing as a vocalist for a living, producing tracks for her digital dub/140 duo project 'ESKIMO NEBULA' and making beats + DJing with the rest of her time. Her production and DJ style is deep, gritty, hard & heavy but can also output tribal and rhythmic impressions amongst her 140/grime influenced performances. Her first original release ‘Pilgrim’, which dropped October 2022, gained support from the formidable Deep Tempo Podcast as well as garnering support from renowned DJs in the scene on an international level. Since then she has been consistently hot on the studio graft with tracks such as 'Gate Of Storr' and her latest track, ‘Trust’ which is due to be released via Bristol-based label 'Sudo Sound' on March 24th with Oddkut on the flip side claiming remix duties.

Artikal Music UK welcomes back the Minneapolis dubstep crew TERNION SOUND with their second EP
'FAR NORTH DUBS'

The production trio have been cooking up a storm since their last outing back in 2018,
with worldwide acclaim within the Dubstep / 140 scene for their unique production style and DJ sets.

For the 'Far North Dubs EP' they deliver four tracks of sub weight pressure starting with the silent killer 'The 14th' which is journey from the deep to the heavy and sets the tone for the EP.
Next up is the sought after VIP version of their hit 'Parasite 6' which was originally made for the infamous Sub.mission event held at the Black Box nightclub in Denver, Colorado.

Flipping the script Ternion Sound bring the heat with the laidback vibe of 'Smoke Em Out', and closing out the EP is the title track 'Far North Dub' taking it back to roots of Dubstep scene.
