I've been a mess due to an overwhelming amount of events that normally, if I were to have been hit by them one by one instead of in waves, would have been manageable. I've been trying different practices and routines to get myself back into the groove of the daily grind, but so far, nothing's been working other than music.

I've been putting myself in a lot of uncomfortable situations to help myself grow, but I've forgotten that I could easily get lost in the sauce of these chunes and be gravy rii after.
