“Ray of Light” is one of my favourite songs and is undeniably one of the best pop songs of all time. I wanted to do this song because I wanted to challenge myself with something that wasn’t already rock. I mean of course this song, like most pop, has rock elements but I wanted to try and translate the electronic flare of this song into something feasibly playable for a teenage band.
