We're digging back almost a year ago, presenting you with a fiery hot unreleased recording from Hot Mass for this week. In Dec 2023, we had the pleasure of a Yessi (@yessimusic) opening set for the inimitable Carlos Souffront. Two of our favorite wild musical weirdoes made a perfect pairing of classic and bleeding edge sounds. Although Yessi now resides in LA, she is part of Pittsburgh's @dyspheric-x collective – a crew centering trans and queer artists pushing the boundaries of club music. At the 25th anniversary of MUTEK Montréal this year, Berlin-based artist Zoë Mc Pherson performed 'Pitch Blender' - a live, audiovisual retelling of their album of the same name, created in collaboration with multi-dimensional motion designer and director Alessandra Leone.
