q. pls introduce yourself
my name is gabriel, I make music under the moniker gab_i - currently based in copenhagen, denmark.

q. is there a story behind the mix? how did it come together?
no particular story, just a collage of songs to help with the seasonal transition. this mix was recorded during the earlier stages of fall. I thought it could bring some form of warmth and colour to the indoors, in a quiet bedroom or a living room, for instance.

q. in your opinion, what would be the ideal circumstances to enjoy your mix?
somewhere indoors with a good set of speakers or in transit (my personal fav).

q. describe a favourite object in your living room...
probably a “trompe oeil” drape that belonged to my grand mother. it reminds me of her and the living room where it used to hang. it has followed in every place I’ve lived in over the years.

q. are you working on any projects right now (music or not music)?
quite a few, yes! as part of my studies, I’m currently in the process of completing my internship at torso electronics, an electronic music hardware company from copenhagen with the most wonderful peeps. alongside of that, I spend the majority of my spare time making music, pondering about what instruments to build next, and most importantly, gathering up the courage to finalizing a project/ep (hopefuly soon…x)
