If you are not satisfied with your experience with the Westin O’Hare hotel at vapebash, here are some of the things you can do:

When you get home, contact your credit card company and dispute your room charges.  This is your right as a VISA/AMEX/etc. customer when you feel you did not get what you paid for.  You have nothing to lose by doing this, it’s a click of a mouse online or you can call the number on the back of your credit card.  At the very least, Westin O’Hare will have to explain to VISA why so many customers were disappointed.  Who knows, you might even get a partial refund if enough people do this.

Find Westin O’Hare on Yelp.  Write a review about your experience and give them zero stars, or whatever you feel is appropriate.
