Here is one that has been in the works for a while but is finally ready to be shown to you all. Lyrically, it’s a self-explanatory piece – a message to anyone who needs it, letting you know that even if it may not seem apparent, there is always hope, and to never throw in the towel, as it is always worth fighting for.
Musically, this is the most diverse and complete song in the VR1 VLL3 catalog, featuring elements of acoustic pop, power pop, arena rock, and late 70s/80s hard rock. As is usually the case in the VR1 VLL3 catalog, this is a completely self-made track, with ZERO outside assistance in any aspect. How You Get The Girl (Varun's Version)

By now, it has been well established that my musical influences lie in 80's rock. This track proves no exception.

The title of the song, "Ooga Booga," refers to the overplayed, overindulgent music that has invaded the Top 40 radio stations across the world. The lyrics of the song tell the story of a lady who enters an actual record store to find something new, as she wishes to escape from the "Ooga Booga"

Musically, this track draws inspiration from mid-80s Dire Straits, which is evident in the biting, Knopfler-style guitar riff that rings throughout.

The rhythm section features, per usual, my signature reverb-drenched drums, and a melodic, solid-as-rock bass-line.

As always, I am responsible for every aspect of this track.

An original instrumental collaboration with the fantastic Ants Beats, who took care of the drums, while I belted out on my 6 strings. The bass part is essentially identical to the guitar but an octave lower. Unlike other tracks, this has minimal production, focusing on the rawness of metal. Hope you enjoy!
