The Freiburg (Germany) based MC Fava presents the 'Mr Junglist Man' EP on V Recordings.

Fava is a talented and open minded vocalist with over 10 years experience, including highly respected residencies at Fabric and Sun & Bass plus collaborations with producers such as L-Side, Klute, Seba, B-Complex & Nymfo. Fava is rapidly becoming one of the go-to artists for quality vocal delivery, and this body of work demonstrates it perfectly.

For the 'Mr Junglist Man' EP Fava has called on some of Planet V’s most respected artists for production, including Command Strange, L-Side, Alibi and Acuna. His versatility is flexed as he moves effortlessly from the Liquid vibes of ‘Choices’ with Command Strange, through to his more club oriented tracks with L-Side and Acuna. The EP also features MC Fats who delivers a killer verse on the title track with Alibi.

Unique and edgy drum programming, emotive, dark musical concepts, and massive b-lines combine to create a selection of tracks that are guaranteed to garner support worldwide. Since signing with V Recordings in 2015, the São Paulo due Alibi have continued to delivered time and time again. The duos highly anticipated debut album ’Said & Done’ released at the tail end of 2018 which was their most complete statement of their musical vision to date, gaining support from the drum and bass scene giants. Alibi then went on to guest on BBC Radio 1, and stood at the forefront of the ’25 Years Of V Recordings’ tour, solidifying themselves as one of the labels top names.

Their first release after the album comes in the form of the ’Catalyst EP’, a four track release which shows Alibi experimenting with their harder, more dance-floor focused side, with ‘Sorrow’ as an additional nod to ‘Said & Done’. This EP will sure be the driving force of their summer sets, where they’ll be playing at a number of prestigious club nights and festivals such as the ‘Future’ album launch and Glastonbury.
