8-bit Clocks Ticking

The pantheon was home to many gods. But one of them saw yet was unseen.
That smiter among them, mischievous, punisher of those who wronged. No matter how strong.

For a time he lived among them. Performing his godly duties and providing for the people. But with time the gods were forgotten, and became as good as dead. Until . . .
2021. A game had been making rounds on the internet. And it had become a meme. Spreading and spreading bringing joy and chaos 'mischeif' wherever it went.

Curiously though... its shape, resembled that of the old god, its name was uttered daily by masses that dwarfed his followers of old.

and something stirred in the dead god.

A blinding flash of light, accompanied by the laughs of many, too many too count. Across countless universes the meme repeated, its joy repeated. h e  
r e p e a t e d .

And so the ancient god was reborn. His new form eerily similar to the one of old but... different. oddly, suspicious.

He was still unseen, encased in a suit instead of a sheet, but he had hand's.
He had been given the mean's to c r e a t e .

His old memories rushed by but they too seemed different. The memories felt like they were not his, like they had just been, put there. An imperfect resurrection. His role before was to smite those who had wronged but now...
he wanted to c r e a t e . He wanted to indulge in his mischeif.

And so the new god went on his merry way. He saw many world's many thing's many people.
They inspired him.
And so he began to create.

At first his creations were, unimaginative. Mere variations and alterations of things he had seen but they grew ever more complex, ever more original.

Soon he was making whole world's. Worlds' that could influence others.
World's and characters that would be remembered.

Among his travels he met another. His name was a paradox, he felt immediate distaste at this individual but found himself meeting them again and again. He too started off in a similar way. 

Creation's that grew more complex as his skill's and mind improved.

The god felt a strange KINSHIP, a familiarity, for all their differences they were one in the same. 

Creators.

The god, had finally been seen.

For the god now had. A friend.
