Evading authorities, the spacefaring DJs fueled a rebellion against the monotony of intergalactic bureaucracy. 

The space pirates became legends, their frequency a beacon for those seeking freedom beyond planetary constraints. As governments scrambled to shut them down, Flying Saucer FM continued to ride the cosmic airwaves, a testament to the enduring spirit of rebellion that transcended the confines of any single world.

To get you in the mood for Bonanza, we thought we'd share with you the recording from one of our residents, Azkuenaga, recorded at Bonanza lite in August last year. 

Ricardo has been part of the family since 2019, with a rich history in electronic music dating back to Ibiza in the late '90s. He doesn't gig that much, which is why his sets are extra special; expansive musical forays into whatever he's digging at the moment, be it old UK electronica, trancey and breaky bangers and beyond.

Joanna Natsi, known artistically as INNASSI, is a prominent Greek and European artist . Her passion for electronic music was ignited in 2021 during her first experience on a mixer. Since then, INNASSI has performed at top venues and festivals across Europe, including Amsterdam (ADE), Sisyphos Berlin, Serbia, Italy, Switzerland and Brussels. Her sound is rooted in Electro, Acid, New beat, House and some trance elements. This dynamic mix of slightly dark, and electric vibes showcases her unique musical identity and versatility as an Artist.

Big brain DJ Floyd has been part of the fold since the early days, back when we were young, idle and mostly concerned with getting up to no good in the LS6 region.  His bygone DIY party Puddles was one of the first places we saw folks properly slinging wax and even back then his musical sentiments stood out with a sophisticated suave that has only multiplied with the years.

Though in the oven for a hot minute, his contribution to our mix series has been cooked to total perfection. An immersive trip through the worldly, deep and driving flavours of house he’s long held a penchant for. Landing in perfect time for the sunnier days, we know this one will be on repeat all summer long.

CURB SIDE MIX: FLOYD

As an integral part of The Cause family it was only right to have EYA’s very own Jos down for last year’s Birthday. The man behind All My Friends record shop and its community, always bringing the right energy, whether behind the counter or behind the decks. Watching him grow from strength to strength in his own lane has been something special, and his set at our 6th Birthday last year was a perfect reflection of that.

“During the set, I tried to build a raw and dynamic mix of emotions to represent the unique and diverse spirit of The Cause bday,” Jos says. “I felt comfortable pushing boundaries, surrounded by dancers and people I work and share moments with on a daily basis.” And that’s exactly what he did, blending deep, Italo-tinged cuts with rolling grooves, locking into that perfect balance of raw energy and hypnotic flow.
