Vulvic Cistern was created in attempt to explore an unhinged brutality not found in the previous works of The Collaborators. The music wants to be driven by power and heaviness, laced with mosh-inducing grooves. Vulvic Cistern blends metal subgenres into one bubbling pot of the gruesome: a vulvic cistern, so to speak. OSDM, groove metal, deathgrind, slam, and doom all have a home in the fetid Vulvic Cistern, while the primary desire for the VC duo is simply to seek that which is heavy.
