This song is  "อยากรู้...แต่ไม่อยาก". It means "I want to know but i don't want to ask". It's sung by  Calories Blah Blah and had used to original soundtrack by The Bangkok love story movie. I think  that song tells us about a secret love (i consider it's normal,straight love ~). A guy loves a girl so much, but can't tell her. He want to know what she feels about him. But he afraid that if he asked her, her answer could break his heart.
