  I wrote this speech so that maybe some others can overcome this demon of trauma that I also am currently overcoming. I think I'm starting to learn true empathy, true love. How to be me. If you like this speech shoot me a like and a follow, more is to come.

Realization

I've been writing a song about my experience with the mental health system here.  Everything I wrote about actually happened to me.  I'm now 30 years old and I still struggle with my mental health, but I have grown immensely since then.  Thank you for taking the time to listen, this is a practice take and ill make sure to do a full professional recording as soon as I can, and as soon as my cough goes away. <3  Thank you all

Mental Hospital (Version 1 non complete practice)

I wrote this song about my life.  Hopefully some of you can relate.  Mental health and healing is quite a journey.  I tried to capture a piece of what it feels like in that situation being completely honest with myself.  It is hard to share stuff like this, but let my music be the outlet.
