Fiesta de Videos

En Mayo pasado me invitaron a musicalizar una pieza para ARCA, un proyecto de la USACH que rescata videos de valor cultural inconmensurable y los musicaliza en colaboración con productores de música electrónica nacionales.

Mi pieza es de un documental de 1974 sobre la cultura y el pueblo Mapuche que, lamentablemente, nunca se terminó.

Last May I was invited to create a musical piece for ARCA, a national video archive of inestimable cultural value, in charge of rescuing old videos of Chile and scoring them in collaboration with local electronic music producers. 

Mine is from a 1974 documentary about the Mapuche people and culture; footage that never saw the light.
