I am using two base frequencies of 250.57hz to stimulate pituitary and 390hz for the Pineal glands. Both tones are at a beat frequency of 1.45 Delta waves which is a Tri-thalamic entrainment format. According to Ronald deStrulle, it creates entrainment between hypothalamus, pituitary & pineal. I found this awesome sitar recording by this person named kaiho on freesound.org and decided to use it.

I played the ambient composition of this track to Chris and just asked him to play "some serious temple music, like it may have been played in an ancient temple". He did just that. Listen to this, and the frequencies will help you go deeper into being, and heal on some important level. I played this music in the background in the presence of a very knowledgeable Auyervedic physician without saying anything about it, and he asked what it was.
