❂ Who is Aditi in Hinduism?

➳ The first mention of Aditi is found in Rigveda, an ancient Indian collection of Vedic Sanskrit hymns. It is one of the four sacred canonical Hindu texts and was created between 1800 and 1200 BC. The Vedic hymns mention her frequently as the mother of gods and all creatures, although no hymns are directly addressed to Aditi. 

➳ She is the goddess of motherhood, unconsciousness, the past, the future and fertility. A direct translation of Aditi means boundless or limitless. Aditi is known as the mother of all gods hence she is the mother of mighty Deva Indra, the King of Gods.

➳ Aditi is the personification of the sky, space and the whole universe, where all gods and creatures reside. Therefore, she supports the sky, sustains all existence, nourishes the earth while making it habitable and beautiful.

➳ It is told to pray to Goddess Aditi whenever a person wants to get more freedom in their life. She symbolizes hope, strength and peace to her followers. As a protector and supporter of all creatures, she helps you to find the smooth path you were looking for.

➳ This podcast is a tribute to the ancient believes of Hinduism and Aditi the mother of all gods, creatures and in the end of you and me.
