Named "crowd noise" because the recording was basically several different tones & whatever being sent out in a very small area.

i uploaded this before under the title "russian spy numbers" but then i discovered this is most likely a polish station that reads off numbers in russian, so the title felt a bit misleading and maybe a bit cheesy too, so i decided to reupload it w/ the station's nickname "cherta".
