Your borders
your beauty

What we've become
Tragedies of numb
Treading on mud
Whilst they twiggle
Their thumbs
I'm not a story there's no thrones to be won
What is there to take
Why let it be this way?
Keep your mouth shut they pay double for tears
But not when they dry up

You don't understand me confined in big spaces
Ce-lings so high
They hide their faces
But people are strange when they have money
so they sleep in Africa to show empathy cos emptiness is their epitome  
but Melanin is more destructive

'Oh enemy of the sun but I shall not compromise
until the last pulse in my veins I shall resist'


What became of love
When they built walls for us to rust
You were living yesterday 
But today you're the one
Now monsters creep in spite of me
It's not me it's you
You're everything that beams
You're drones are everything they see
children they pile up
Mosques they burn like dust
I can't run from the silence of your drums
I count my days in each hurdle
As sorrowful as I seem
looking past all that breaths
How they divided us 
Why I speak as if it was me
They hate us so
How can I talk about love
Or how to love or 
love as I have loved.
