Minneapolis based teen groups, Kulture Klub Collaborative and the Walker Art Center Teen Arts Council joined forces for 3 months in 2017 to create art around the themes of Social Justice, Equality, Mind States, Values, and Emotion. With the help of local artists Sarah White, Chaka Mkali, and MMYYKK, teens worked in groups to create original pieces of music, visual art, writing, choreography, and performance. These pieces were presented at Walker's annual Teen Takeover event on April 27, 2017.
