Wade Jones began playing piano when he was ten years old in his hometown of Dayton, Ohio. First studying classical music, he later became interested in jazz. This interest led him to earn his Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Piano Performance from The Ohio State University. 

Since graduating, he was the Musical Director and Arranger for the original play, Cool For Cole, a Cole Porter revue, and was employed as interim choral accompanist at First Unitarian Universalist Congregation. He now works at North Unitarian Universalist Congregation as the choral accompanist. 

In addition to teaching private lessons, he has performed at many other local venues including Nationwide Children's Hospital, Hyde Park Grill, Eddie Merlot's, Hilton Easton, Mezzo Italian, to name a few.
