Featuring some of the big hitters and freshest talent from the DDD roster, including Ternion Sound, TRUTH, Hypho, DMVU, Distinct Motive, Chef Boyarbeatz and Wraz., remixed by Combine, The Greys, Canvas, Medicine Place and Dayzero, to name a few.

Marking DDD’s 150th release with aplomb, with his Smoke & Mirrors EP the producer showcases his uncanny ability to create complex sonic landscapes, textures and emotions, with a minimal and economical touch that stays true to the adage that less is more. 

Each beat, synth part and atmospheres is exquisitely selected, felt and impacted within the tune and creates a mood and vibe that is incredibly unique, fresh and yet feels classic.

Coming straight out of Florida’s vibrant underground scene via Denver, Breathworkz is a serious prospect in the deepest, darkest and most dangerous 140 dubstep tradition. 

Following fast in the footsteps of Decade’s multi-headed beast, ‘Hydra’ in 2024, 2025 sees the producer return to DDD - lying low with his broody, menacing, atmospheric banger ‘The Shadows’. 

The tune matches serious sub weight with driving percussion and an eerie oppressiveness that envelopes your whole being. 

What do you imagine in The Shadows? Cos Breathworkz is lurking there in the darkness, armed with dubplates, ready to go off.

Hailing from Silesia, Poland, @Yankowsky found his love for Drum and Bass in 2007, in particular the deep, atmospheric and drum-funk styles. It was only a year ago that @Yankowsky joined the JT family, but since that day in August 2014, @Yankowsky quickly came to be an integral part of the Science Sunday line-up of the station.

Together with partner in crime Self Definition, @Yankowsky runs the label @Monochrome-Recordings, releasing music almost on a monthly basis, of ever increasing quality, featuring producers from across the world. @monochrome-recordings is built on the passion of @Yankowsky and Self Definition and is quickly finding its place amongst the mature high quality Drum and Bass labels out there.
