My latest musical medicine step journey called “Eagle Vision Prophecy” live recorded from Aguila 🦅 Festival @ The Eagle’s Nest was inspired by an experience I had there recently during Ecstatic Dance where there were several eagles soaring nearby.  On the edge of the platform I danced & connected to their vision….it was such an exhilarating & exquisite feeling of freedom & joy.  I am in such awe of this amazing land & the lake.  I hope you can also feel some of that too through the music 🧡

Ecstatic Dance Journey at Totality Festival, in San Diego CA 𓆃 Weaving together a mix of the vibrations of nature, with deep bass drops, choppy unexpected flows, ethereal tones and emotive songs to bring you into a hypnotic meditative state. 

Zana's sets are accompanied with Live vocals and instruments that you only to get experience if you join her live! 

The first 6 minutes of the set was accompanied with vocals & flute, so skip to 5 minutes for the bangers to begin.

Ecstatic Dance is renowned for a musical journey that incorporates a variety of styles and tempos of music. The journeys are usually 2 1/2-3 hours long - this set is the second half of a journey so it starts pretty mid-tempo, works its way up to a higher energy section, and then comes back down to a sweet ambient landing. I play a lot of Ecstatic Dance sets and I realized I hadn't posted a recent ED set in a while. So here you go! There are many different approaches to building the journey we call Ecstatic Dance. Here at Ecstatic Dance Records we refer to the following “phases” for the Ecstatic Dance journey: 
Arrival * Buildup * Peak * Cruise * Landing * Integration 

Arrival tracks welcome the community to the space and the dance floor. Buildup tracks get the energy moving. Peak tracks are for catharsis and climax. Cruise tracks are played between peaks, giving the dancers a chance to get recharged. Landing tracks carry the dancers down from the final peak into the heart. Integration tracks are played at the end of the journey to hold the “beingness” after all of the dancing “doingness”.
