I had the pleasure of playing some prog house and techno at Melbourne Pavilion with the amazing burner crew. Thanks to everyone who came and had a boogie and all those involved with organising a killer party!

Melburn Galactica 2023

Over the summer of 2023 I had the great pleasure to play at three very beautifully created festivals – DUNE, BIOPHILIA and Sunset Islands, The Good the Bad and the Burners. I decided to put together the music as compilation of what I played instead of recording separate sets. The sound I’ve been revisiting is my passion for deep Tribal Tech and vibrant Afro House. Deep and grinding at times, then vibrant and festive with a little bit funk sprinkled on top. 


A big shout out to the talented local producers who created the second track in the mix ‘Unto You’ - The inspiring and talented Ms Samantha Loveridge and Tristan case who did the re-mix.  

It was certainly a summer of connection, creativity and renewal for our festival and burner communities and it was an absolute joy to be part of it. Hope you feel that in these sounds!

What can I say. Dune 2069 was an absolutely extraordinary party. I'm so stoked that so many of the gatherings on my calendar are jam packed full of my favourite people, but Dune took that tradition to a whole other level, with every single one of the collaborators being either dear friends and/or inspirational community members.

Perhaps most extraordinary was the fact this was our exquisite host's FIRST TIME running a festival! The space exuded smooth, high vibes the entire week. I left, sad to go, but grateful for the abundant nourishment and inspiration.

Getting to drop in to help build the festival the week leading up to launch was a privilege and a pleasure. I'm honored to have been a part of the build team AND to have helped warm up the amazing, star studded stage.

Thank you Juliette and Yoeri. Love you both and the magic you weave. Cheers for bringing us all together.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to include my B2B session with Francesco that immediately followed this set. I tried to salvage that part of the set but wasn't able to get the gain staging right. Cheers for the spontaneous collaborative takeover Brother! Also big love to Steve and Emi for once again bringing the purring MMM rig. I'm always honored to play on this system.

Wow, what a night. 

After I moved back from Berlin to Bonn (my home) two years ago, I especially missed the good parties with good music, etc. I had a lot of fun. 
Especially in terms of music genre and intention, I couldn't find anything in Bonn that really gave me fulfilment. That's why I set myself the intention of organising a party myself with housy sounds and people who don't just want to party and dance for the sake of consumption. So I told my closest friends about it and a new collective grew out of it, which is now called Treibgut Kollektiv. 

In a nice atmosphere we partied with many people all night long, joined by DJs who have never played in Bonn before.

I never thought that so many people would come, many of them came by coincidence because the beach on the Rhein is a super nice spot.

Funfact: there is a glitch relatively at the beginning of the set, where I forgot to take out the effects, reason for that was distraction, you know what it's like ;) But I'm not so perfectionistic that I correct the set because of that.

I had a prime slot playing 2:30pm-4:pm after Katherine and before Mad Lucas, Both exceptional Dj's! This was my favourite party of 2023 so far, The production, Vibe and love that goes into The Comfort Zones party's are beyond amazing.
