Formed in the summer of 2008 as an outreach ministry, Waiting for the Flood has always been about making Jesus famous. Led by the unlikely singer/songwriter Brian Elias, the band is on a mission to inspire believers to go deeper with their faith and raise the standard of holiness in their lives and even affect revival in the land. 

Acts 2:17:
 
'In the last days, God says,
 I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
 Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
 your young men will see visions,
 your old men will dream dreams...'
 
We are waiting for such a flood and we pray, even now, "Lord Jesus, send us your Holy Spirit. Pour out on Your thirsty people. Baptize Your children with fire as we await Your Pentecost. We are hungry for You. We are "Waiting for the Flood!"
