He makes his first appearances within his collective O'Tawa which allows us to discover an artist highlighting  fluid and felted intensity of the black blood that beats in his tracks .

Sangha  सङ्घ Shakya" EP

The Sangha (Sanskrit: सङ्घ ), can be translated by community, and designates, in its most restricted sense, the spiritual community of the arya-bodhisattva (we thus distinguish four types of noble beings according to the degree of detachment which they have reached), or the arya (superior) having already reached a direct perception of the emptiness of phenomena, the first of the bodhisattva lands (a certain level of spiritual realization).

The Sangha is one of the three places of refuge in which every Buddhist places himself on a daily basis.

The  Shakyas , “able” in Sanskrit, were a tribe established in the north of the Indian peninsula in the 6th and 5th centuries BC. They belonged to the kshatriya caste devoted to war and administration. 
They are best known as the clan from which the Buddha1, also called "Sage of the Shakyas" (Shakyamuni), came. King Ashoka and the kings of Ceylon are presented in Buddhist literature as their descendants.

Those who did not leave everything gained on the road to nowhere will never understand those who have put their whole life in a 35-liter backpack and left.
Those who have not looked into the eyes of war will never understand those who have met her.

We cannot be fully understood.
But we can be felt.

We, Ukrainians, have not only united ourselves into one whole. We have united a good half of the world around us.
We are not only being reborn ourselves as a nation. We provoke rebirth of the thoughts and views of leading nations on the global geopolitical picture.
We had the courage and resilience to say that the aggressor country, Russia, should not have a place in the world in its current state.

And we were felt.
We were supported.
And we are supported till these days.

Together with a team of Vibronica Festival musicians and friends, we have created a music compilation.

We are delighted to present you the 1st musical creation of Kaöb &Wākhan Project, an event to celebrate!

The friendship and fusion of their two universes made it possible to create the O'Tawa collective and this musical project is not only the fruit of their work and passion, but also of the magic of synchronicities.

Sacred Native was born from the common desire to celebrate indigenous peoples around the world.
Inspired by sacred Native American songs, flutes of the indigenous people of the Cherokee, percussion and an ancient ritual musical instrument: The Bullroarer.

Historically used to communicate over great distances, dating back to 18,000 BC. JC, discovered in Ukraine and used this time in Canada.

In ancient Greece it was a sacred instrument used in the Dionysian Mysteries and is still used in rituals worldwide.

It was a prominent musical technology among the Australian Aboriginal people, used in ceremonies and to communicate with different people groups across the continent.

Many different cultures believe that the sounds they make ward-off evil influences.

Baikal Nomads is an organic house record label and their new release features two original tracks by Erhan Yilmaz plus stunning remixes from Lello Fusco, Zuma Dionys, Kolomin and Wakhan.

Erhan Yilmaz is a Turkish artist whose music takes influence from the coastal beauty found on the shores of the black sea. His music taste takes influence from genres ranging from folk to disco, and he mixes his love for live instrumentation with electronic beats to create organic house tracks. This is his second time working with Baikal Nomads and his music can also be found on other labels such as trndmsk, Cosmic Awakenings and Kosa.

Lello Fusco is an Italian artist who returns to Baikal Nomads with a downtempo remix in the style he has featured on other imprints such as Tibetania Records, Lump and Camel Riders.

Making a return to Baikal Nomads, Zuma Dionys is a revered organic house artist that is known for the psychedelic music he has featured on the likes of Sol Selectas, Pipe & Pochet and Bar 25.

Kolomin are a duo of brothers that have featured their spellbinding style on scene leading labels such as Underyourskin, KataHaifisch and Exotic Refreshment.

Wākhan is a French artist who is part of the collective that runs O'Tawa Records and along with releases on his own respected imprint, he has also featured on other record labels such as Copy Cow and MONADA.

"Freeze" is first of the original tracks and it's got trippy acid synths layered with sweeping pads, plus flowing percussion to create a mesmerising groove.

"W Street" has sun-drenched guitar licks and a warbling melody synth that is layered over the pitched tones of pulsating rhythms while the deep bassline fills the track with warmth.

Lello Fusco's remix of "W Street" adds a live conga loop and new synth chords that swell with tension as this dramatic rework unfolds.

Zuma Dionys' remix of "Freeze" adds extra percussion to lift the energy, while pan pipes transport the listener to the tropical regions that are the traditional home of this exotic instrument.

Kolomin's rework of W Street works in synthesised strings that like the calm before a storm, add ominous tranquillity underpinned by melodic bass chords, which complement the original's guitar sound to create a cinematic atmosphere.

Wākhan closes out the release with a hallucinogenic remix of Freeze which adds atmospheric textures and mind-bending sounds to the original's trippy groove.

After having used the decks of Parisian squats and scoured the clubs of the city with his first Techno-collective BPMood, Wakhan hits on the universe of Downtempo & Ethno – Tribal music and gets on fire! 

For a year now, the young producer and DJ has introduced us into mystical mixing vibes from Africa & Asia where oscillating basses and tangy textures invite the traveler into a deep and savage journey. 

In 2018, Wakhan founded his second collective and Record label @O’Tawa Temple in order to develop a still unknown scene to the Parisian public by proposing immersive events at secret underground locations in the heart of the city. Breaking the codes, he’s being noticed beyond the French borders with appearances in Ukraine, Austria, Tunisia, Italia and Canada.

Wākhan, founder of the parisien collective O’Tawa and Ismētra upcoming artist raised by the collective, propose you an intemporel travel through Asia.  "Tsukinowa" oscillates between organic traditional Japan grooves and ambiant downtempo elements. The french duo combined all this influences after a long research of different traditional sounds of Japan and got inspired of the name from an old buddhistic temple located near Mount Atago in the District of Uy-ku in Kyoto. « Tsukinowa » is the first track released by the young couple.
