We both knew it wasn't working out between us but just couldn't let go. It got to the point where I would tell myself I was just taking a ride around Austin to clear my head and would end up heading over there. Italian duo Hard Ton are a flamboyant synthesis of acid house, disco-diva vocals, and queer performance art. “Blame It On The E” is a previously-unreleased acid and piano-driven gem from Hard Ton’s back catalog. Originally incorporated into a DJ mix by Dimitri From Paris, “Blame It On The E” is seeing official release for the first time with an EP on Friends With Benefits Records. The release includes new remixes of the title track from Berlin-based Juan Ramos (Cocktail d’Amore, ESP Institute) and FWB label head the Prey (formerly known as David Sylvester). The EP also includes a special bonus track: the previously-unreleased Matrixxman dub of “We Got Luv.”
