He doesn't just lift logs. Theo explored food system sustainability (from agriculture/production to diets/food history/traditions to government policy) in England, Spain, Holland, Kenya, India, and Fiji. And learned some stuff about himself along the way!

We always say the Watson starts after the fellowship ends. We want to explore that, and understand what “Walking the Watson” looks like to learn from one another’s potential.
