I will NEVER forget hearing this melody at one of Insomniac's festivals at the NOS center in California back in 2010-2012.  I was walking from 1 stage to another & heard this melody being played at a stage & LOVED it! Never knew who made it until I came across it here.

Alex Niggemann returns to the scene of so many fierce releases with his latest weapons-grade stormer. The Berliner pulls out all the stops on this release – Tangram (The Bright End) is a burner that slowly builds and builds, maintaining just the right amount of tension and release. 

Eventually, out of the precise interplay of elements, explodes a huge euphoric melody that will surely take the roof of many a club in the months to come. 

The Dark End version is another beast entirely, switching the vibe to something a little malevolent- a techier workout that maintains the essential core of the original but provides a little extra drive to the groove - tough, body-moving Tech House for the heads. 

Maze also showcases the class we have come to expect form Poker Flat. Diamond hard beats, unhinged synths and an evolving groove are classic Niggemann traits, resulting in a deeply assured track that will see as much club play as the other two bombs on this releases.

Classically trained instrumentalist and Cocoon alum Malandra Jr. kicks off proceedings on a dynamic note with a pair of blissed-out tracks featuring blossoming synths, supple drums and whirring glitches. Citizen Kain follows suit with two energy-loaded numbers, the more dreamy and spaced out 'Crush', followed by the vocal-heavy 'Balance'. Next up is German producer Heerhorst who takes a turn for deep and pensive melodies with 'Centaurus', while 'Hydra' stands out with powerful synths and a rattling beat. Bold, intense synths are also at the core of Transcode’s 'String Theory' and 'Molecular Cloud', with the former offering a massive breakdown fit for peak time, and the latter a more resolute atmosphere overall.
