Gustavo de León a.k.a. Alysha Kid, originario de la Ciudad de México, comenzó su carrera musical como baterista. La curiosidad por expandir su conocimiento musical lo lleva a interesarse en la escena electrónica nacional, durante este proceso descubre que las bases e influencias de ella se encuentran en el House de Chicago y que los beats a 4/4, bass lines, melodías y vocales contagiosos lograban satisfacer su oído y por supuesto su apetito musical.
Más adelante comienza a realizar sus primeros edits y tracks, los cuales en muy poco tiempo ha logrado colocar en disqueras importantes de la escena underground de la música house, como son Dufflebag Recordings, Tequila Trax y Coyote Cuts. Los tracks de Alysha Kid han sido tocados por djs internacionales como Mark Farina, Wally Callerio, Hugh Cleal, Giano, Karl Almaria y muchos más. 
Actualmente los Dj sets que Alysha Kid nos ofrece, fusionan una selección que nos lleva desde el Deep House hasta el Chicago House, proyectando lo más fresco y actual sin dejar atrás los ideales tracks clásicos que siempre encienden las pistas de baile.
Alysha Kid entiende que la evolución del House no tendrá fin y ahora sabe que este siempre formara parte de su historia.

J-Dub's production resume takes no prisoners and showcases a prolific career as a vocalist.  Of late, J-Dub can be seen as a regularly featured guest on DJ Sneak's livestreams, or working the "desk" as Label Manager for Mark Farina's Great Lakes Audio Recordings. Mark Farina, a true pioneer and long standing House Gangster is in the hot seat for episode 6 of the Gangstercast and we're extremely proud to have him on-board.  Mark's mixes are the stuff of legend and have seen him touring the globe as one of Chicago's best loved musical exports for many years. Now based in San Francisco, Chicago still provides his roots to the House Gangster sound, "For me, the House Gangster movement means capturing the spirit of the days when there were true gangsters listening to house in chicago in the late eighties. White, latino, black...the only sound of the underground in the streets was house music. The sound has a certain rawness, toughness, trackyness and attitude that combines into a certain style of house."

Regarding his Gangstercast, Mark says the tracks are, "Selected goodies from my arsenal of new underground jammies. No special planning though. Pick a starting point and go from there, with just a vibe in mind to fit this Gangstercast."

And his view on house music, you may just have heard it before: "In the beginning, there was Jack, and Jack had a groove. And from this groove came the groove of all grooves. And while one day viciously throwing down on his box, Jack boldly declared, "Let there be HOUSE!" and House music was born."

To be a successful house music producer, you have to make tracks that DJs want to play. And, to be a good DJ, you have to play music that inspires people to move their asses. Simple in theory, but not in execution. Wally Callerio’s inherent ability to do both — and to do both well — has served him justly over the last two decades, establishing him as an artist with talent, vision and staying power in a genre that has navigated tumultuous highs, lows and growing pains in between.   

With over 30 years of experience behind the decks and in the studio under his belt, Callerio has put out a remarkable 250 original tracks and remixes on over 50 labels worldwide. Most recently, his music has been released on such respected heavyweights as Defected, Cajual, Farris Wheel Recordings, Grin Music and Sampled Recordings. In addition, Callerio has earned accolades under his alter ego moniker Poncho Warwick, consistently ranking as a top annual pick for best chillout artist on Beatport.  

In his role as Music Supervisor for “Unconscious Therapy,” a documentary released in April 2016 that chronicles the rise and evolution of house music via the lens of Frankie Knuckles and his fellow innovators, Callerio took on the crucial responsibility of​ ​ licensing and curating the film’s soundtrack.​ ​ He is also a featured artist in the documentary, alongside Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, Masters at Work and a bevy of other house icons.   

Possessed of an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to embrace change, Callerio has earned and enjoyed enduring success as both an artist and label-owner. Los Angeles-based Dufflebag Recordings, which Callerio launched in 1998, has been churning out deep and funky grooves suffused with soulful vocals since its inception, and the label boasts an impressive roster of artists that includes Demarkus Lewis, Manjane, Alysha Kid, Corduroy Mavericks, JT Donaldson, Natural Rhythm, Ryan Truman and R&B legend Jon B. under his moniker Jah Ques.
