Walt P is an up and coming gospel music producer ready to take the industry by storm. He loves incorporating live instrument sound in his music. He draws inspiration from artists like The Winans and Take 6. His passion for music was ignited growing up in church where his mother was the organist. He began playing drums at the age of 6. As a teen, Walt P taught himself to play the organ and formed a boy band called Untold. They traveled throughout the Midwest performing at local churches and events. This experience helped Walt P realize and solidify his dream of becoming a gospel music producer.

Experience is the best teacher. That’s a statement that is true for Walt P. Experience is what has brought Walt P to where he is today. There’s been good, bad and everything-in-between experiences but he’s thankful for them all. His passion, gift of music, time and experience has groomed him to become a skilled musician and visionary producer. Walt P is grateful to God for giving him the strength and courage to push forward to his dream against all odds. He’s excited about what lies ahead and looking forward to serving in the capacity of producer in the gospel music industry. Walt P currently resides in Houston, TX with his wife of 11 years, Grace and daughter, Jasslyn. They attend Lakewood Church.
