The first part of the anthology of musical transformation is an international underground from around the world with a deeply synthesized base, characteristic beat and distorted reality. An utopian art journey into the genres of Dark Electro, Body Beat and Synthesized Audio Mutation is laid out in these 6 tracks. The compositions of the 023 release break the stereotyped connection of musical standards, demonstrating a certain dominance over the listener and carrying out an invisible psychoanalysis. Brightness, Vanguard and Rhythm are foundational in this release.

Chris Scates is from Houston, Texas, but now resides in the Washington, D.C. area of the United States. Before the Vireasach project, Chris was the creator of Audio Spectro, which birthed five singles, four EPs, one LP, tracks featured on six compilations, produced six remixed tracks for three different producers, and two collaborative tracks as part of Gruvstation Record’s FuseFreqs.

Vireasach (“Viral” in Irish Gaelic) is a new project that draws inspiration from Metal, Industrial, and EBM.  Their first EP, It’s a Corrupt World After All, draws inspiration from two years of frustration with the Covid 19 pandemic and world governments’ resulting authoritarian abuse of power.  It’s a Corrupt World After All merges Thrash Metal-style guitar riffs with Industrial and Acid Techno synths and beats to formulate a balance of raw, driving power.

After the stoppage we have suffered due to the current problem in the supply of physical discs, we have decided to release this compilation in digital format to overcome the material obstacles that hinder the release of music.
After three years of starting our journey as a label, we take stock of what we have learned and where we want to be. Under The Stone is the result of a conscious awareness of the spectacularized and speculative electronic music that prevails today.A conscious and proud stance regarding the consumerist concepts of macro festivals and selfies that distort the idea of collective culture. The title refers to the double movement involved in lifting a stone. On the one hand, discovering the extraordinary ecosystem that is hidden underneath, and on the other, the act of throwing away the stone that was keeping it crushed.
This album brings together a few artists, some to be discovered and others more established, but who share a common denominator, powerful sound and a challenge to established consumption clichés. We want to thank all the artists who are part of the compilation for giving shape and meaning to the idea that orbits this release.
