After a previous band break up in late 2009 California raised Singer/Songwriter Walter Cabal has shared his nuanced crafting of poetic and, at times, cryptic lyrics
through a long list of venue, open mic, and house show performances.

Nearly two years later, Cabal has performed live with an eclectic list of touring acts such as Logan Utah’s Battle School, Yosemite Valley’s From Indian Lakes, Ontario California’s The Motel Life, New York’s Thieves and Villains [Victory Records] ,and Moreno Valley Native Aj Rafael. 

Cabal was featured in the Inland Empire Weekly's 2011 Local Music issue in a largely diverse list of "some of the best up and coming IE artists to date" alongside big guns The Dear Hunter and Winds of Plague.

Cabal is currently recording for his debut release Between Lines. His allegiance is to “creating truthful and meaningful art”. In the song Copper Courage, Cabal wrestles with the philosophical Problem of Evil:

"The tyrant rules. The truthful dies.
This is a strange unsettling riddle.
I blow on embers to endure the night; for
I've a copper courage and a boldness, brittle."

Live performances are delivered alone by Singer/Songwriter Walter Cabal. Cabal has recently found a band to rehearse with for future shows to support the release of Between Lines.
