Health Cabinet secretary Sicily Kariuki noted that adolescent girls and young adult women remain among the hardest-hit population in Kenya. 
Approximately 29 per cent of all new HIV infections in Kenya are among adolescents and young people. 
Condoms are a highly effective strategy to help prevent the sexual transmission of HIV when used consistently and correctly.
A couple of Days back I had a conversation with a young man who says ‘’Yeye na condoms hawapatani ‘’  And I was shocked that his sentiments were seconded by nearly the entire crowd that was present So how well do we eradicate  this level  of ignorance yenye iko kwa ground!
