After delivering her first child in France, Rose was provided with a rudimentary device that helped heal and strengthen her pelvic floor muscles. It wasn't until she delivered her second child in the States that she discovered the lack of attention we pay to proactive pelvic floor health--which is kind of surprising given that almost every woman encounters pelvic floor issues at some point in her life to a varying degree (think peeing your pants when you jump rope or laugh too hard all the way to your uterus effectively falling out of your vag...um yikes). So move over Minecraft! Mommy's got hit her high score!
