Walk The Line

WARATTAH is a metal band formed by Khris, who wanted to create and play the music which he wasn't able to express with his other bands. 

In April 2006, a 4-song demo was recorded, and it was subsequently voted as "Demo of the Month" in the June 2006 issue of “Rock Hard magazine” and "Self-production of the Month" in the March 2007 issue of “Guitar Part magazine”. Two songs of this demo have been aired on CD samplers of “Rock Hard” (issue# 56) and “Rock One” (issue# 41). Other reviews have been made in “Metallian” (issue# 46), “Guitarist Magazine” (issue#198S), “Rock Tribune” (Dutch - issue# 61), and in various webzines and fanzines around the world.
The video clip of the song "Fits of Rage" was broadcast on "MCM", "MCM Belgium", "MTV Pulse", Benelux on "S-Television", and in Canada by "Shok Productions"

It is in 2007 that the definitive line-up was found with Khris (guitar/vocals), Denis (guitar), Simon (Drums) and Matthieu (bass).
WARATTAH is a metal band that holds nothing back, with raw vocals, technical drumming, powerful guitars and a grooving bass.
Perform the stage is essential to the band.

The band has recorded their debut album – “Hatred & Strength” (14 titles)  – in August 2009 (14titles) but after a serious car accident of Khris, the digipack was only released in January 2012 on the labels XIIIbis Records/Warner Music. 
When it was released, the album was very well reported in "Rock Hard", "Metallian", "Metal Obs", and many other magazines and webzines. It has resulted in many dates, especially with the Dagoba or Gojira bands, resulting in the access of a large audience and get very good reports of these concerts.
The second official clip of the song "Walk The Line" has been broadcast on several specialty TV channels and gets several thousand views on the Web.

In 2013, WARATTAH stops because Khris must interrupt his musical activities for personal reasons. But at the end of 2017, he restarts the band and is working now in the composition of the second album.
