A little something I put together, featuring a sample of "You Can Do Magic" by America. It inspired me to compose this piece because of how much I enjoyed it. I wanted to bring a little part of it into the piece. I feel it's an odd genre and amalgam of various things but I hope it can still be fun to listen to.

Fickle Forest

I was walking on the pier when a man with a speaker approached and left on a bicycle. My friend and I thought the concept of a roaming boss with the typical  reggaeton beat that they play through their speakers here as the drum beat would be cool. Inspired by breath of the Wild, I used the key of A major to create this piece.

Approaching (Remastered)

In the town of Chlamenloy, it is a cloudy, rainy day with not much happening. The townsfolk are staying in whatever building they are in whether it be their cottages or the pub they woke up in. Looking out the window shows the melancholy mood of the town, as nobody seems to be active but a young adventurer continuing their seemingly endless mission as always.

Speaking of arcade, "Did you know that the original word for Pac-Man was Puck-Man? You would think it was because he looks like a hockey puck, but it actually comes from the Japanese phrase "Paku-Paku" which means to flap one's mouth open and closed. They changed it because they thought Puck-Man would be too easy to vandalize, you know, like people would scratch off the P and turn it into an F or whatever." -Scott Pilgrim vs the World (2010)
