Been working with my live music partners (T&G) in Imperfect Product since 1993. Just now we are collaborating on a track for the Dark Outside radio project (https://www.darkoutside.co.uk/) and the basic beat in this came from a small excerpt from my good friend G that we didn't get round to using - thanks G.

Bass - Warwick Corvette 5-string through Native Instruments GR6.
Guitar - Suhr Classic Custom through NI GR6 and Arturia Efx Fragments.
Pads - Spitfire BankFor.ms, NI Super 8, NI Playbox.
Drums - sample from G... cut and processed.
Mastered - Ozone Elements.

Light Inside

For me the image suggest stains on a table cloth, sweaty wine glasses and bottles...
I started recording a beautiful plastic bottle I had around, then added some simple drums (I can't drum more that 2 things at once, so here it's bass drum and hi hat)
The added some wine glasses (rubbed) and chamber crystal bowls (hit w/mallets) , some of my favourite samples.
The bass it's a freebie I recently found and wanted to test, just plain 808 bass sound in one octave. very nice (808 BM4 Lite)

This time - in Jan.23-round of the OneSynthChallenge - one Synth included in the DAW had to be used. Now, MuLab (by Mutools) is an affordable, but (at least for me) musically inspiring DAW with a slim but powerfull composer and including an extremely flexible synth called MUX. It's even possible to include another composer within the synth ....
Now this song is made with MuSynth, which contains synth- and effect-modules of MUX, but no samples at all.
I used 14 instances of MuSynth with some MUX-EQ, compressor, limiter, echo and reverb. Only in the master I used "MHorse P3" and "LoudMax" - both are available for free.
