Humans have to drink! They went down to the pond to quench their thirst. Sipping from the cool wet while being on all fours, they saw the reflection of their own faces for the first time. This must have been the beginning of the ongoing struggle of mankind dealing withself-consciousness. Anna and Ole (Das A&O) also met at the water point and much like the myth of the first human couple “Adam and Eve” they ate too much poisoned apples but instead of getting obsessed with one’s ego, they wrote somebeautiful Synth Wave music together! Immortalized on a seven-inch piece of wax, the results are now available on Rat Life Records.

Auntie Flo has been with us since the very beginning, so it's naturally a pleasure to present you with the first audio off his forthcoming LP – arriving via our other favourite Glaswegian worldly worldie Huntley + Palmers, no less.

The title track is one of the more direct, streamlined cuts we've heard from Brian D'Souza. It's an outstretched hand to dancefloors worldwide, though very much in thrall to the quintessential bubbling gumbo pot of influences we've come to know and love from the man.

So In Love sees release October 18th; the single drops Sept 7th. Taken from the forthcoming album 'Theory of Flo' out in October 2015.

The alumnus of Uncanny Valley and Ratlife arrives with four tracks under the banner of The Cosmic Funk collection. Drawing on a spectrum of influences, the Leipzig based musician melts reimagined house with broken beats, blends Eastern acid aromatics with jazz abstractions and achieves a sound that is stunningly unique. Within this sonic cocktail you’ll also encounter dashes of samples, a peppery head of 90s anthems and a liberal glug of freestyle funk. A one of a kind record from a one of a kind artist.
