I realized the I needed some deeper bass from my bass, but in trying to bring out low-end, I was losing the glitchy-ness that makes this tune what it is. I had a deep-bass kick and a higher pitched kick on 2 separate drum tracks on deck B. I combined all those into 1 track in order to free up a track for a deeper bass track. I sequenced in all the notes via the drum sequencer and worked over and over to try and eliminate any pops and clicks that come up as a result of using the drum track for instruments....I succeeded! no clicks. 
I switched up my mutes here and there. Hope you dig it.

Haunted Stairway take 1

First release using ProTools 8. Starting to figure this thing out. Kinda Short, but I hope you like this track. Heavy on the melodic side for Drum and Bass, but whatever.

Aspirations

I wrote this tune a few years ago just to sort of stretch the boundaries of what I can do. When the idea of a Haunted Mansion compilation came up on ds10forum.com, I immediately thought of taking this idea to the portable format. Listen to my Haunted Stairway track to see how the translation/re-do went.

Myth-Illogical

Here is a song I came up with on the plane ride down to Florida during a recent vacation. I started it out wanting to create a chord structure by using instruments on the drum tracks. As the song progressed, I just kept pushing it into more bizarre areas with the chord structure and progression....and then at the end it goes into a more predictable territory which ends up bringing satisfaction I think.

The whole song is repeated and I didn't change anything but add more percussion on top. Took a bit of restraint =)

I wrote this song while playing a little PC game called Total Annihilation! Back when I was on MP3.com, this song was probably my biggest hit! I love the bass hand on the piano.

Battle Plan - Orchestral Mix

I met a girl named Stacey and I was sitting at the piano telling my Mom how I felt about her....I wanted to write her a song. My Mom told me to just think about the way she makes me feel...and this is what I wrote.
I played this song at our wedding! I was so nervous, but I pulled it off =)

This song started off as a little tune on piano. Back then I began to experiment with soundfonts and worked this into a sort of "blast off" for the album. I found a few Star Trek samples online and put 'em in. 
This tune is supposed to make you envision a blast off at warp speed and then a glorious gliding feeling of relaxation and amazement.
