"When I rave I can watch myself watching myself watching the world melt down and build itself up again. Does this world build itself up again in the same way every time or will we one day be taken through a wormhole into a glitch in the matrix, a parallel universe where there is milk and honey and social welfare and basic income for everyone? And there is so much fucking love and so much fucking despair being rendered and spun together and touched and sweated out, all that excess love and that excess despair that doesn’t find its place in the world of people because it is just too much it is so much that it cannot be contained it will not be contained it needs out, out! to get out, where does it go to, where is it flowing into, it must be flowing somewhere, when will the wormhole take us to that glitch in the matrix, that parallel universe where there is milk and honey and social welfare and basic income for everyone?
Although it may lead to a form of ecstasy where the excess energy, love, laughter, despair
and tears contained within our systems may be released and shared, to be in a state of rave is not equivalent to being in a state of ecstasy.
To rave also means to support and call something forth, to engage with the dancing body in order to propel and support ideas and ideals with madness and enthusiasm. As an author I aim herefrom to keep working from a state of rave, looking at the stage and the dance floor as sites for rituals of passage, cleansing, confusion and transformation to be devised, offered and shared; upheld and supported by the stomps of feet dancing to techno beats."

Metaraph is a non binary multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin.
They are a jewellery designer, DJ, music producer, dancer, performer, visual artist and one of the co-founder of Orpheus, London based multidisciplinary project that merges conceptual experience with rave and multidisciplinary approaches.
They started performing within the London queer underground scene since 2018 where they were based and also travelled across Europe.
As an artist, Metaraph has already had excellent releases on label such as Hardest Soft, Tsa records, Just undefined and has been hosting an array of podcasts which showcase their unique of hard kick and emotional leads.
Fast, ethereal, industrial, melancholic and raw journeys are created through their dj set in clubs, meanwhile they are also driven by the creation of textural soundscapes for different experiences outside the night club space.
Shapeshifting between hope and darkness, Metaraph' s sets aims to transcend from the inner chaos to a higher vibrational state of existence.

"Artist from the Techno Queer Punk scene, Angel Karel has built her reputation with high-technical dynamic sets with loud aggressive, saturated and emotional techno music.

Her dark industrial universe is regularly bringing dancers into a post-apocalyptic hypnotic distorted trance. That’s why Angel Karel is frequently booked for peak-time and closing sets.

In 2020, she released her first album « Pain For Pleasure » on Instruments Of Discipline and a collaborative EP « You Ain’t No Punk, You Punk » on RND Records with her partner in crime Istigkeit.

 As well as playing and producing, she has also created her own collective with mindful art direction :

TFIF Events. A Techno Queer Punk collective which values tolerance and freedom of the underground universe.Together, they offer a strong anticonformist, porn and BDSM experience : [NO GENDER]. In 2021, she is launching a new punk concept [SCUM], queer feminist techno punk event, inspired by Valérie Solanas' “S.C.U.M Manifesto”.
In a punk setting, these whip up the queer atmosphere where we sniff the scent of leather, chains and DocMartens ... where we dare new aesthetic and radical energies with crazy outfits and hairstyles. Union, symbiosis and rebellion will be the watchwords.

A taste of dark unlimited anarchistic fashion bodies to a mutual state of liberation.

"I've recorded this podcast exclusively for Warriorecords.
Rebeka Warrior invited me a few times ago so I tried to inspirate myself by my selection of the dj set I made for the gig adding masterpieces and secret weapons. 
The introduction is an edit I made of a track made by Lana Del Rey, I usually don't produce ambiant tracks but this woman inspirate me a lot, all the lyrics touch my sensibility. For industrial techno lovers, try to listen it differently, try to feel the emotions I'm trying to spread with you.
Also I have choose tracks made by a lot of artists who released on my label HEART'S WHISPERS, I really appreciate this spirit of a family with my 7 and talented residents as TØLR, PARAPHER, INSECT, MEZZ, ASLAN and also GVRLLRVLLG and Raxeller who participated in many releases of the label. I'm really proud of them and want to spread their energy and skills in my mixes. 

I played a track of an artist who inspired me a lot many many years ago, more than ten years to be exact :''Absolute Zero" by Jamie Jones, It was supposed to be my secret weapon but finally I don't want to keep it secret anymore. Now he changed completely his style but as his debuts he composed dark and sensual tracks like this one.
I take a risk but It's a part of me that I assume completely : Freedom and creativity."

"Lady Maru is a roman now Berlin based electronic producer and post punk musician. She started producing music with an electric guitar, some toy percussions and a tascam 4 track recorder.she became quickly active as a noise guitarist and casio player for post punk and no wave bands. Her dj career started in 2003 djing in clubs and underground raves, always trying to combine 2 influences: art punk and techno. Her actual sound as a producer and as a dj is mostly based on acid techno with industrial and ebm influences. She recently opened a vinyl label for acid tunes (Acid boiler coalition) and is a Gegen Berlin resident dj."

WRM18_ FLUID

Asian Highway are a deadly double act made up of DJs Chukimaandal and Soyo, two doyenns of the fast techno and hard dance sound quickly gaining new listeners in Seoul. Between them they transcend moods from rhythmical techno to Fast trance, their sets flowing well between genres with playful surprises and sometimes; local references and humor.

While Soyo leans raucously towards the sounds of UK rave and 90s trance, Chukimandaals solo efforts focus more on a psychedelic sound, her music offering a powerful, dynamic, danceable range of techno. They performed 1-hour solo sets each at Krake as a demo of their individual sounds.

"For the sound of this mix I pushed deeper into my homebase influence of Tbilisi, with a strong EBM and industrial track curation. The driving kick and basslines are significant of my desire for a reconnection with club dancefloors. There are some brilliant Artists on this mix, including two young up and coming Georgian producers Downwell and Clinical Hates.
