Jungle Out There Rough mix

Cheesy ballad of mine  I found on an old cassette. Pitched to Engelbert Humperdink, who passed.  I am sort of glad in hindsight! Doing a rewrite/update to this one now. Wayne on guitar, Ivan on Bass, Dick on keyboards & Stewart on drums. Ivan singing with B.V. from Wayne.  Recorded at Spaceward Studios, Cambridge  in the mid seventies(?)  Thanks to the lovely Mike Kemp for making me sound like I could sing back then!

chameleon  Green Mountains

Written by Ivan Carling in a converted railway carriage at Red Lodge, Freckenham on the way home from a gig sometime in the seventies. Ivan on Vocals & guitar. Lee Cave-Berry  Bass & B.v.s Trevor Smith Drums.  Recorded live at the Grad Pad Cambridge minus our regular guitar player, who wimped out at the last minute! The only gig we ever did as a trio.  Also kept gettin gmy top E stuck under  the neck pickup surround, hence the funny pinging  noises.

MIRROR MIRROR

I just turned 78 years old on June the 6th!!! I was actually born on D Day 6/6/1944 during WWII.
Can`t believe I am still out gigging regularly and now playing bass in a rock band as well as writing, singing and guitaring with my band, Skivin` Ivan & The Slackers.   Called growing old disgracefully....
