Quietly sitting

What does he look like?
Is he big or quite small?

Haven't seen him at all
Today if i'm lucky
I might get a peep
Here in the garden
Delivers eggs sweet
Chin on my palm
Sit patiently wait
Twiddle my thumbs
Appears to be late
Hippity Hop
Through the 
Neighbourhood fast
Surely he'll get here
Looks like i'm last
Here by the window
All posed with a stare
Wishing and hoping
To see him out there
I look to the left
And then to the right
Straight down the middle
But no where in sight
Yawning and scratching
Falling asleep
Eyes getting heavy
One opens to peep
Where is the bunny
All fluffy and white?
Here in the moonlight
Should see him alright
Where are you bunny?
I can't stay awake
Hurry and get here
Must sleep
Goodness sake!
Looks like I've missed him
Not even a hint
Sat here for hours
Seems worthless this stint
Guess I have missed him
I do not know how
No luck or surprises
