As someone who has been subjected to bullying, ridicule, long-term emotional manipulation, and abuse, I have considered taking my own life on several occasions. However, it was my spirit that saw me through. And while I recognise the pain and suffering of those who are suicidal, I can say with a whole heart that suicide is most definitely NOT the solution. 

We all have the strength within us to overcome the darkness. So I implore those contemplating this final, irreversible act to ignore the voices in their heads that convince them it is the only option, for the spirit is ever-enduring and invincible… And once that spark of light is found within, one will become aware of the beauty that surrounds us.

Mountains. We all have to to climb. Sometimes we stumble. sometimes we fall. But the truth is in this life you keep going no matter what. It's either that or fold and it aint gonna happen. Behind every smiling face lies problems and issues that no one else knows anything about because everyone wears a mask. But a leopard CAN change its spots...if it calls at the right place, which is one of positivity. This music was made in approximately 2010. Blankets and I would record music late into the night in his smoke filled studio apartment while his cat, goon, would walk over the peddles. I  would haul all of my recording equipment, drums, and percussion instruments from my house to his multiple nights a week. There were lots of late night snacks. Good times.
