Hmm. I wasn't going to listen to any pre-releases from the upcoming album. I thought that would be like sneeking a peek at my christmas presents before the day. Inevitable I couldn't reist. in my defence I am sitting in my windowless office watching strange, grey suited, corporate types pander to the whims of the disgustingly wealthy, and then I pressed play. Tee hee.. my internal world has been transported by mystical life affirming poetry. I feel oh sooo much better and have got a big grin across my face. Thank you Waterpeople. X

We've been playing Luca Bloom/Christy Moore's gentle rendering of 'Dancing Queen' live and just from the memory of the Festival Hall gig, been singing the 'sweet dancer' refrain in the outro - so wonderful to hear the song again in full - lovely balance of joy and melancholy
