3 weeks of 30 min meditations. The idea is to do a meditation at least 5 times in a week. The goal is to get you to meditate without guidance.

Week 1 - Body Scan help concentration. It focuses on paying attention to specific parts of the body. 

Week 2 - No pushing, no pulling helps to observe your stream of thoughts. 

Week 3 - Chimes only contains gentle chimes that serve as reminder to observe your thoughts. 

Don't get attached to the stories you're telling yourself. 
Just observe.
