This is a 30 minute binaural audio field recording of ocean waves with a binaural-beat sine wave recording of the Schumann Resonance lightly  embedded into the track. I used the Cosmic Octave Earth year tone of 136.10 Hz, panned this tone left and used 143.93 Hz and panned it right to create an exact binaural-beat tone of 7.83 Hz - the Schumann Resonance.

Listen with headphones to get the full immersive experience and for the binaural beat frequency to be activated. Use it as a background tone at home or at work. Very effective in the evening and listening during sleep. 

I do not recommend listening to this tone when driving. The Schumann frequency is an alpha wave.
