"This track was kind of my heartbreak track on the album. To be honest I wrote this about someone who finds out they have been cheated on or dumped. Its kind of why I used a sample of a shopping centre in the background to kind of show the isolation within, when your going through a bad time in your own head, even though the rest of the world is going about its day completely oblivious."

"Made this one to kind of finish off the story of the album. Where as with real llife I kind of moved out of the 'ends' and left a long standing bad situation, but with some regret. What I wanted to come across was some initial mixed emotions but also a vibe that is kind of more hopeful towards a better future."

"I always wanted this to be the last track on the album. It basically just outlines my philosophy towards life. That all things good and bad happen for a reason. I dunno why I feel this so strongly but I really do. Somethings seem so deeply fated and I think this outlook can help you understand that sometimes you have just no control. I mean there are variables stacked on variables, if something bad happens, somewhere along the line something good comes as a result. I think all we can really do is keep our hearts squeeky clean, gold if you like, because when we know who we are and what we are about it makes lifes bumps easier to understand, make peace with and move thru. Hence the title. "
