This is a live recording from pre burn, sunset time slot of the 2017 Modifyre burn, Queensland's regional Burning Man event. This is the first 60 minutes of a spooky, ethereal 90 minute set, to set the mood to burn.

The year is 2019, human society is teetering on the brink of collapse, a dystopian future is imminent. Since the nuclear war earth has turned into a barren waste land, buildings incinerated to dust, places where rivers once flowed are now only fit for desert wanderers and warriors. A life of love and laughter is now just a distant memory. The new world order has outlawed social gatherings, music is prohibited and freedom of expression is a thing of the past. 

But there is hope, in the dark depths of Brisbane there is a secret oasis, The Wonky Dome. The Wonky Queenslanders are the only community left on earth where love reigns supreme. Inside the Wonky Dome you can dance freely, express yourself without judgement and love whoever, wherever, whenever. However, if the New World Order comes knocking on the doors of the Wonky Dome, be prepared to fight, to the death

The Wonky Queenslander & Crop Psycles Sound collaborated to present EFF's Late Night Takeover Stage from 12am-5am every night. I played the 12-1pm slot and had an absolutely ball - thanks to all who came to boogie ;)
