Translation Recordings is proud to present the sampler for Nuage's long-awaited 'Prints of You' LP, featuring two hand-picked standouts from the album and two exclusive remixes by Ital Tek and Silent Dust.

On ‘Lifestyle,’ Nuage and Gerwin create a dreamy and uplifting atmosphere, blending warm Rhodes keys, silky vocals, and an infectious head-nodding groove. Nuage dials things down to 136 BPM on title track ‘Prints of You,’ a beautiful and evocative composition from the heart that progresses along to a heavyweight bassline with hints of analogue distortion. This essential groove demonstrates Nuage’s continuing refinement as a musician and provides the perfect teaser for the full 15-track album, which covers the spectrum of Deep House, Garage, Drum & Bass, and Chillstep.

As an added bonus on the sampler, experimental 160 BPM duo Silent Dust offer a fresh take on Nuage and N4M3’s ‘Sunday Morning,’ fusing Jungle breaks and Footwork influences; and renowned Planet-Mu artist Ital Tek closes things up with his re-imagining of ‘Prints of You,’ where shuffling percussive rhythms and bouncing 808 bass offer a more up-tempo twist on the title track that is not to be missed.

I try to make music for the sake of the music itself, not sticking to any genres or expectations, although you’ll find most of my music is quite chill.
